A website you don't have to think about.
Built properly, then looked after for as long as you keep it. You send over whatever changed — new hours, a new price, a new photo — and it is done before you know it.
Example builds
Built for trades that live or die on the phone ringing
Pick your trade. What gets built is different for each one.
Your hands are full all day and the phone still rings. Your site takes the booking without you putting the clippers down, and answers your prices per cut and who’s in today before anyone has to ask.
Service is the worst possible time to answer the phone, and it is exactly when people call. Your site takes the reservation instead and shows them tonight’s menu — and you text us whenever something on it changes.
You are on a site, not at a desk, and the quote you never called back is the job you never got. Your site takes the enquiry with the details already on it, and shows the work you have done before anyone rings.
You are mid-groom with wet hands when the phone goes. Your site books them in instead, and what it costs for their dog’s size and breed is answered before they have to ask you.
The platform takes its cut of every night you fill. Your site lets them book with you directly — same guest, same night — after seeing the place at full size and what you charge.
What it’s all about.
Everything below is in both plans.
The only difference between the two is how you pay for it.
- The whole site, built
- Designed and written for your business — not a template with your logo dropped in. Every page you need, however many that turns out to be.
- Works on both
- Phone and desktop, built and tested on real devices, so it looks right whichever one your customer picks up.
- Hosting, domain and security
- Kept online, patched, backed up and renewed. You never get an email about a certificate expiring, because it never reaches you.
- Changes by text or email
- New hours, new prices, a new photo, someone left. Send it however you like and it gets done. You never log into anything.
- Findable on Google Maps
- Set up so people searching your trade and your town actually find you, with your listing wired to match the site.
What it costs.
One price, the same for everyone, and you hear it on the call rather than reading it off a page. If you have a budget in mind, say so then — we would far rather work to what you can spend than sell you something you did not come for.
Book a call Free, and it commits you to nothing. You will know the figure by the end of it.
Four steps. You are needed for one.
-
The call
One call. What you do, who you want ringing you, and what you hate about the site you have now.
Day one
-
You see it
A real design of your actual homepage, not a sketch or a mood board. Tell us what is wrong and it changes.
Usually within a week
-
It goes live
Built, tested on real phones, pointed at your domain. There is nothing for you to install or sign up to.
Usually around week two
-
We look after it
Changes whenever you need them, for as long as you stay.
Ongoing
The things people actually ask.
Anything missing, ask it on the call.
What happens if I stop paying?
The site comes down. We host it, so the monthly is what keeps it online.
That is the honest trade for there being no big invoice at the start. Nothing else happens: no exit fee, no notice period to serve, nobody chasing you.
How long until it is live?
About two weeks, usually. That is an estimate rather than a deadline — the honest answer is that it moves as fast as you can tell us what is wrong with the first draft, and some weeks are busier than others in your trade and in ours.
You will see a real design of your homepage well before then, normally inside the first week. If anything is going to take longer than we thought, you hear it from us at the time rather than afterwards.
Do I have to do anything technical?
No. There is nothing to install, no account to make, no dashboard to learn. You will never see the back of your own website unless you ask to.
When something needs changing you text or email it, the same way you would tell anyone else.
I already have a website. What happens to it?
We build the new one first, then point your address at it when you are happy. Your current site stays up the whole time, and nothing switches over until you say so.
What counts as a change?
New opening hours, a price that went up, a photo, a member of staff, a service you have stopped offering, a whole new page. Send it over and it gets done.
If something is a bigger piece of work than that, we will tell you before we start it, not after.
Who owns the domain name?
You do. If you already have one we just manage it, and if we register it for you it is handed over the day you ask.
One call away from having your website.
That is the whole process. One call, then a real design of your homepage, then it goes live.
